beware of the not-so-hidden calories

While a pint of soup seems like a reasonable volume for a nice dinner, soups from whole foods do not carry the appropriate warning label.

They tricked me into eating the entire pint and also into stocking my freezer full of cousin soups.

But if you carefully read the label, I easily consumed pint has 34 grams of fat. You might as well eat whipped cream straight out of the bottle, which is only 26 grams of fat for 1 pint. As a matter of fact, this is not an activity that I shy away from.

I like how you called them "cousin soups".
